We want your shopping experience at Mike's Fine Jewelry to be
enjoyable and trouble free. We understand that circumstances
arise under which a shopper may request to return merchandise.
In the event this does happen, the following merchandise return
policy applies:1.
Jewelry that arrives with a major defect, flaw or damage should be
returned to Mike's Fine Jewelry immediately upon receipt.
Use our Contact Form to notify us of
any problem and to receive a return merchandise confirmation code.
2. Jewelry that is not
functioning properly, i.e., wristwatches, pocket watches, etc., may
be returned for repair or exchange.
3. Returned items must be
received by Mike's Fine Jewelry within seven (7) days of receipt of
merchandise return confirmation code.
4. Jewelry must be in the same
condition as when it was sent without alteration or adjustment.
5. Jewelry must be returned in
the original package within which it was shipped.
6. Customer will receive an
immediate refund when the returned item is received less any
shipping, handling and insurance fees. In addition, shipping
costs incurred to originally send the merchandise will also be
deducted from your refund.
7. Although we go to great
lengths to package your order to prevent breakage, there are
occasions when merchandise is damaged in shipment. If your
order arrives with obvious damage, please notify the shipper
immediately. Do not discard the original packaging or do
anything that would alter the condition of the damaged merchandise.
