   All merchandise purchased from Mike's Fine Jewelry is shipped via U.S. Mail and/or other appropriate shipping service and must be signed for upon receipt.  Mike's Fine Jewelry cannot guarantee against loss or theft of merchandise after it has left our premises.  We insure every piece of jewelry sold and said insurance remains in full force and effect until such time that merchandise has been received and signed for.

CONTENT ERROR:

    Our website is built by humans and subject to human frailties including typographical error.  In the event a product or merchandise is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Mike's Fine Jewelry reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at the incorrect price.  Mike's Fine Jewelry reserves the right to cancel said order prior to or after credit card charges have been applied.  In the event a refund is due, it will be processed immediately and a credit issued in the amount of the charge.
